How It Works
We follow a proven, multi-step installation process designed to ensure your new floor is as durable as it is beautiful. By focusing on meticulous surface preparation and using industrial grade materials, we deliver a seamless finish that stands the test of time.
01 Prep
We never acid wash. We use industrial diamond grinders to remove contaminants and open the pores of the concrete, creating the ideal surface for a permanent mechanical bond.
02 Repair
We fix cracks, divots, and spalled areas using high-strength menders. Once the surface is level and repaired, we apply our industrial grade epoxy basecoat.
03 Apply
We mix industrial-grade resins with your custom pigments. The material is expertly poured and spread, self-leveling to create a thick, consistent foundation for your new floor.
04 Seal
We apply a high-solids polyaspartic topcoat. This UV-stable layer protects against chemicals and wear while locking in a high-gloss, showroom-quality shine.
